Business WEEE Recycling & Disposal
Electrical waste is the fastest-growing waste stream in the UK — and one of the most regulated. We take the entire category off your hands, legally, sustainably and with the paperwork to prove it.
WEEE — Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment — covers virtually anything with a plug, battery or cable. UK regulations place a duty of care on every business to dispose of it through licensed routes, and the penalties for getting it wrong extend to unlimited fines and reputational damage that lasts far longer.
PrimeIT Disposal is a registered waste carrier operating fully WEEE-compliant treatment routes. We collect the full spectrum of business electricals: computers and monitors, servers and networking gear, printers and photocopiers, phone systems, UPS units, cabling, and general office electricals. Hazardous components — lead, mercury, cadmium, lithium — are extracted and treated at licensed specialist facilities.
Everything else is separated into clean material streams and returned to manufacturing, keeping precious metals and plastics in circulation and out of the ground.
