Data Destruction

On-Site Data Destruction Services

For the most sensitive data, the safest journey is no journey at all. Our mobile destruction unit shreds drives and wipes devices at your premises, witnessed by your team, before a single item leaves site.

Some data classifications — and some risk appetites — simply don't allow readable media to leave the building. That's what our on-site service is for. We bring the destruction facility to you: mobile shredding units, drive crushers and a full certified erasure lab, operated by our own security-vetted engineers in your car park or server room.

Your team can witness every drive being destroyed, and our engineers scan each serial number as it goes into the shredder so your certificate matches reality, not paperwork. Once destruction is complete, we remove the shredded material for metal recovery — because even destroyed drives shouldn't go to landfill.

On-site destruction slots neatly into wider projects too: data centre decommissions, office moves and departmental clear-outs where the security team wants eyes on the process from start to finish.

What's included

What this service covers

Mobile shredding unit

Industrial drive shredding at your premises, processing hundreds of drives per hour.

Witnessed by your staff

Your team watches every stage. Many clients video the process for their own compliance records — we encourage it.

On-site certified erasure

Where reuse is preferred, we run the full certified wiping process on your site instead of ours.

Serial scanning at the shredder

Drives are scanned seconds before destruction, giving you a certificate that reflects exactly what was destroyed and when.

Vetted engineers

All on-site work is performed by directly employed, DBS-checked engineers — never subcontractors.

Residue removed & recycled

Shredded material leaves with us for metal separation and recovery, completing the zero-landfill chain.
